Montgomery County Community College (PA) recently formed an innovative partnership with Dongseo University in Busan, South Korea.

The partnership, Montco’s first and the only global community college agreement of its kind in Pennsylvania, will allow students to easily transfer to Dongseo to obtain a bachelor’s degree.

All credits earned at Montco will transfer to Dongseo, provided the student maintains a 2.0 GPA.

Administrators say the partnership was formed out of interest from the growing local South Korean community and is part of the college’s overall plans to expand on a global level.
