The report identifies the need for enhanced funding and detailed evaluation metrics that can identify how best to improve the outcomes of community college students. The report concludes with recommendations on how institutions and policymakers can better track and make use of data on student enrollment, completion, positive labor market outcomes, and other factors that affect cost, funding, and student success.
