The Education Trust-West recently released a compilation of resources to support the college and career readiness of underserved K-12 students.

Based on work done in California’s schools and school districts, the resources provide best practices in a range of areas, including curriculum, external partnerships, and district/school efforts to support students through the financial aid and college application processes. Included are a digital toolkit, guided questions, and other materials.
