Philip G. Rogers is senior vice president at ACE. In this role, he provides leadership for ACE’s Learning and Engagement Division (LED), which focuses on executive practice and solutions for higher education institutions and leaders.
Rogers oversees ACE’s comprehensive suite of educational programs and services including research, professional learning, education attainment and academic innovation, internationalization and global engagement, and advancement, and is responsible for engagement with affinity groups, corporate, philanthropic, and other stakeholders. LED promotes the development of high-quality, equity-minded, and innovative leadership practice and diversification of the talent pipeline, and is committed to transforming postsecondary education by cultivating inclusive communities of college and university executives through affordable and flexible professional learning experiences and fostering ongoing engagement with diverse constituencies.
Rogers earned a doctorate degree in higher education management with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in public administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Wake Forest University (NC).
